I know there's been a PayPal fee calculator linked to before, but...

PPCalc.com

I don't think it's the same as this one. I just checked it out & IT WORKS, TO THE PENNY, OMG. What a lifesaver. It's easier than the other one too, as it has a section that's like "if I want X amount, what do I need to ask for" - AMAZING. So, I thought I would spread the word (will be crossposted, sorry)!

Hehe, got a little over excited there!

Well, it's a little more complex, but IMO still simple.

& with this one you can say "I want X amount, what do I need to ask for with fees" too.

Putting in £2.00 on that one would give the total as £2.268...

Where as you'd need to ask for £2.28 (which is what this site gives).

2.268 would be rounded up to 2.27, which is what your site gives also. if it gives you a different number, you probably have one of the wrong options selected (different countries have different fees). it's much more simple to use the tutv.co.uk one in my opinion, it's much quicker to use as well, it's the one i have in my favourites. :)

It gives £2.28, which is correct - £2.27 is incorrect...

If you checked it you may have had USD selected instead of GBP :)

Personally I'd rather use one that's correct ;P

(I find it easier saying "I want X amount, what do I ask for" rather than what's the fees on X amount).

£2.268... is rounded up to 2.27. since 8 is nearer the next number up than down, so you make the 6 the next number up it is 7. not 8. ;P

It may or may not be correct, depending on the below comment...

Everyone's entitled to their opinion, although...

IMO the buyer should be paying it, in all circumstances.

As, IMO, it is more of a convenience for the buyer than it is for the seller.
